Capital R Coatings boasts a combined 20+ years of concrete resurfacing and installation experience. Through his perfectionist mindset and caring attitude, Andy Rugotska felt he could help lots of people with their concrete issues by starting Capital R Coatings in 2002 at the age of 20. With word of mouth advertising, and a little determination, he managed to build a wide customer base and add products and services along the way.
